Unlike high-volume builders, we offer personalized service, endless communication, the highest-level of build quality, along with complete transparency and communication every step of the way. We are also happy to help our customers by providing Professional Interior Decorator for assisting them to choose their own Interior design. We are flexible, we allow them to make small changes to their apartments as they wish - if possible.

ORACLE is always prefixed to the name of all our projects.

How long does the booking formalities take?
VBC Developers is dedicated to the following business principles for sales and registration:

There are three simple stages for booking.

Stage 1 – A Cheqe for Rs. 2,00,000/- will be taken and all legal documents will be provided.
Stage 2 – You can check and verify all the documents with your legal adviser.
Stage 3 – Once the legal verification is done your financials and loan process will be planned and after the approval of your loan your apartments will be registered in your name as per the government norms.

The total amount of time taken for all the three stages is approximately 4 – 5 weeks.
